What exercises can I do to attempt to improve my peripheral neuropathy from my type two diabetes!

No one addresses the possibility of having covid and getting the vaccine at the same time. I can't help but wonder about that because so many people who deny covid, also blame the vaccine. It is worth consideration, as the combination could be a real problem, yet never discussed.

Interesting topic. I am 60 and have had RLS since my early to mid 30s. I have taken Mirapex (Pramipexole) for all these years and it works very well. Now my new sleep doctor is trying to switch me to Gabapentin with limited success so far. At the same time, about 6 weeks ago, a Schwannoma about the size of a walnut was discovered in the sciatic nerve in the Popliteal Fossa of my left knee. I was wondering if this schwannoma has been growing for 25+ years, could it be the cause of my RLS?

How and where do I find a doctor who will take me seriously and not waste my time. My RLS only occurs or bothers me at night and it disturbs my sleep.

I have multiple sclerosis and neuropathy as a result. I refused to get vaccinated and was told by my own neurologist that if I didn’t, he would not allow me back into his office towards the end of the first year of the pandemic. I was also told by everyone around me that I needed to be vaccinated more because I was immunocompromised, but thank God, I knew better than to put an unknown and unnecessary medical intervention into my already damaged body! I will never comply!

I took the shot and then I got older. It aged me. 😂 What a sad person.

Best nerve foot doctor on UA-cam!!.. Question, I have proximal (upper) neuropathy. I decided to try Calmare/ Scrambler Therapy. First session was fine. After 2nd session my right foot has been vibrating. It did it on the 3rd visit as well so I have stopped. But now my right foot is vibrating every 5-6 seconds nonstop. Will this most likely go away or could the therapy have caused nerve damage in the foot?. The leads were placed on each ankle and also lower back and was meant to treat the upper portion of my body... Left foot is fine.. thanks

People need to trust God first! Very sad for this Lady! My family that took the jab also have issues. Pericarditis, nerve issue, itching in feet and hands. Praise God I did not trust the science for this jab. If anything, I think most of the anti- vaacine people are much more awake and see how corrupt our system is!

Why not blame diet and lifestyle ? This podiatrist doesn’t seem to know much about restless leg syndrome, they both could benefit from watching sone utube videos on the subject.

Never had the covid vaccine but, I did have covid. Since then I've lost some control of my left leg movement. When trying to lift my leg while standing or sitting I get a weird disconnected sensation of loss of control.

Yet she still wears her mask like a good little sheep.

Restless leg syndrome is a buildup of static in the body from wearing clothing that creates that effect. Switch to linen change your bedding to linen sheets and the static will reduce in your body, and the restless leg syndrome will go away.

I still have daytime RLS. When RLS came back as an adult, I gained 50 lbs being awake all night, every night for 2 years. Finally found there was a medication that helps. But now I’m diabetic, & can’t lose the weight.

As someone who has also suffered from inflammatory nerve damage after one J&J vax, it is encouraging to see someone get relief from these types of health issues. The happiness and excitement reflected in this man’s voice & manner give hope to others out here.

I went to a specialist-angiologie-phlébologue at a private hospital in France for a scan but he couldn’t find anything wrong. He just told me to wear compression socks all the time. This hasn’t resolved my problem.

I was fit and healthy besides having Hashimoto's,I was working and I loved my job until we were made to get the COVID injections 😢, the first needle gave me shingles all down the right side of my body, the second needle made bed ridden for a week and then I was made to have the booster 🤬, six months after that I was getting bad pains in my feet and then the legs, I was getting weak and couldn't walk or stand for longer than one hour I was crying in pain all day everyday, that was back in 2021 ,they told me that I have PN Neuropathy just a year ago in 2023 , I had to leave my job 😢 , and now one year later I have no excuse for living 😔 I'm in so much pain,I walk funny, can't feel my feet and legs they are numb and I have loss my muscle in legs and arms, I'm so depressed I don't leave the house, I can't play ,kick a ball or walk or ride a bike with my youngest son 😢, my life ended three years ago, know one should ever have to live with this pain , I'm on Pregablin and the side affects are bad , I don't want my kids to see there mother like a zombie

I wish i could get this surgery. I have restless leg and restless arm in all four of my limbs, but i live in Florida. No one to take with me.
